Print + Cut + Sew

Privacy

Print + Cut + Sew runs in your browser. There’s no account, and what you make stays on your device.

What stays on your device

Whatever the app remembers between visits, like your settings, saved designs, and any photos, artwork or fonts you add, is kept in your browser’s storage on this device. None of it is uploaded. PDFs, SVGs and images you export are made in your browser too.

Clearing your browser data deletes it all, so export anything you want to keep.

Share links

A share link carries your design inside the link itself. Anyone with the link can see what’s in it, including any names, titles or dates you’ve typed. Photos, stickers, artwork and uploaded fonts are never included.

That part of the link isn’t sent to the website when someone opens it, but apps that show link previews, like some messaging apps, may read it.

Installing it, and using it offline

You can install Print + Cut + Sew from your browser so it opens in its own window like an app. Installing doesn’t create an account or send anything anywhere.

After it has loaded once online, it keeps working without a connection. You can design, save and export as normal. The only thing that needs a connection is updates. When an update is ready, the app shows a note so you can reload.

The installed app uses your browser’s storage, just like the website. On a computer it usually shares that storage with the browser you installed it from, so your saved designs show up in both. On iPhone and iPad, an app added to the Home Screen keeps its own storage, separate from Safari.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any host, it handles each visit, so it sees your IP address and counts overall traffic. I don’t use ads, tracking cookies or analytics scripts.

Brand names

Some sizes may be named after the products they fit, so you can find the size you need. Those names and trademarks belong to their owners. Print + Cut + Sew isn’t affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.

Every pattern here is drawn from scratch from standard shapes and measurements. None is copied from anyone else’s design.
